• Enter Agent’s Client’s name and contact information into Agent's transaction program
• Assist Agent in getting Duties Owed and required disclosures signed by Seller/Buyer
• Assist Agent in preparing pre-listing documents prior to appointment with new Client.
A TC can enter MLS Listing Input form into MLS as a partial listing IF Listing Agent adds TC to their MLS Account as their assistant.
NNRMLS will give TC their own login under Agent’s MLS account. It is a one-time setup fee and a small monthly fee to add a TC to your team. The NNRMLS application to do this will be emailed to Agent upon request.
IF not, that is ok, TC can still assist the Agent with preparing the documents. TC will remind Agent to update MLS and on-going updates for the Agent.

If you only want assistance at the end of escrow, and you need to upload all documents into your transaction program to get paid by your brokerage.
We will review all documents included in the transaction and give you a report of any errors, or missing documents.
Our company will not liable for any errors due to we were not included in the full transaction.
Then we will upload all documents into your file for the brokerage and submit a closed file to Agent's Admin office for proceesing.
Payment is due at the time of service.
A TC is an aide for you and your team.
Help you organize and prioritize your contract timeline from your accepted offers or purchase agreements for you.
Remind you of upcoming deadlines.
Update all documents for the file.
Make sure your file follows your admin's required compliance.
Suggest any documents that might be needed to be compliant with required regulations and policies.
